Linen Storage
A cupboard with plenty of clean, smooth shelves is perfect for storing towels and linen. Make sure things aren’t crammed in as fabric needs air to circulate freely around it to prevent dampness.
bed sheets
Organise sheets in sets for each bed in the house, rather than piles. That way it will save time in searching for the odd pillow case at bed making time
towels
Sort according to size and type and stack on shelves accordingly. Towels may also be rolled or folded and stored in bathroom baskets for easy access
table linens
Iron and store napkins in sets so they can be easily found. Tablecloths may be folded and stored on shelves or hung on wooden clothes hangers to prevent creasing
pests
Cedar balls are a more pleasant alternative to traditional moth balls and will also help to repel moths and bugs. Place them on shelves where linens are stored or use cedar shavings in cloth sachets. Dried Lavender is also said to help prevent bugs as well as adding fragrance to stored towels and linens
