hand wrapped soaps
Storage in the bathroom is always a priority so why keep basics like soap in ugly boxes and packets when, if you wrap them nicely, they can free up your cupboards as well as make stunning display?
These soaps are simply your every day variety supermarket brands wrapped in lovely papers to make them look incredibly special. What a beautiful bathroom accessory they make when stacked high in a glass jar.
This is really is an easy thing to do, takes only a few minutes to create and is a little luxury you can afford to use and enjoy every day.
You will need:
• packets of soap
• scrap booking paper or decorative paper
• double sided tape
• sharp scissors or craft knife
How to:
1. Cut the paper to size. An average bar of Lux requires a piece around 12cm wide by 17cms long.
2. Just like wrapping a gift, fold the length of the paper around the soap and secure in place with tape.
3. Fold in the ends and secure each with tape.
4. Stack in a glass jar to display and keep them dry.
