fabric flower brooches

Sarah Jessica Parker eat your heart out.  These gorgeous brooches can be used to accessorise any outfit, scarf, coat, bag or hat and are easy-peasy to make for Mum. 

Print off the flower templates from the website and cut them out to use as patterns then raid Mum’s scrap fabric stash or ask her for an old scarf or jumper you can use instead.

Cut the flowers out of the fabric, then using a needle and thread, stack and stitch them all together.  For decoration, you can use a button or bead for the centre.  Sew a brooch clip or safety pin onto the back.
