crochet scarf

An easy project for kids of around 10 years and up is a crochet scarf for Mum in her favourite colour.  All you need is a ball or two of wool and a crochet hook.  Start with a basic chain stitch – then use a treble stitch all the way to the end.  It looks difficult but really it isn’t – you can even get on-line lessons free from You Tube!
